Dylan S. Taylor

Dylan Taylor serves as Chief Operating Officer and an Investment Adviser Representative at Spencer Financial Strategies. In his dual role, he helps lead the firm’s operations while working directly with clients to manage their investments and develop personalized financial strategies.

Dylan is particularly passionate about helping individuals and families approach retirement with greater clarity and confidence. Working closely with Debbie Spencer, he supports pre-retirees and retirees as they navigate important decisions involving their investments, retirement income, financial protection, and long-term goals.

Before joining Spencer Financial Strategies, Dylan built a diverse career spanning sales, corporate training, and learning and development with organizations including TikTok, the Houston Rockets, and The Walt Disney Company. His background as an educator continues to shape his approach as an advisor: making complex financial topics easier to understand and helping clients feel informed and comfortable with their decisions.

A lifelong Texan, Dylan earned his bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas at Austin and holds both an MBA and a master’s degree in Sport Management from the University of Central Florida. He is also licensed as a life insurance agent in Texas, Florida, and Indiana.
